According to Google Maps is one hours drive traffic to almost two hours. Personally I would go for at least three hours before the hour. The traffic is unpredictable and often move to stay with people, the cities for work.

3 hours seems reasonable, and probably also in time.Assuming has not lost. In the future, choose a doctor in your area. Although San Francisco is much closer to you.
