I think a beginner can have a difficult start with something. Chicken Wings did not really gain that much more flavor and really not much flavor. In your case, but I through and sauce is terrible for the chicken. All the ingredients they use have been better used in a sauce. Whenever I am not qualified to help beginning, because I made mistakes. I thought that the longer you marinate fetch things, but do not like the taste of that work.

The longer you marinate the wings, have more flavor. I too would the new green onion to add to the marinade and maybe a little balsamic vinegar (make sure that the vinegar is very strong taste) for more flavor.

Use only one teaspoon oyester sauce, black pepper, some chilli ..... Pepper ... all other things are very well have used .... u can put a small amount of onion paste, so it flabourfull .. but I think oyester Souce and chilli powder and ginger to make a big difference .. I do it forever
